While we continue to hear about "bad" Covid vaccination experiences in both the state and the country, Southeast Hospital staff have done an exceptional job in their vaccine effort. Extremely well organized, reasonable short wait times, willing to answer any questions. courteous and professional. Easy scheduling and detailed follow up on the process, expectations, wait time, etc. Kudos for an outstanding job.

I recently was a patient (transferred from mercy hospital in Perryville) to get my appendex removed. With it being my first ever surgery I was understandably nervous but everyone there was kinda and very friendly.

Went in to the ER was in a lot of pain for a tooth abscess because I couldn't get into my dentist the nurse taking my vitals was very sweet and calming and dr Andrew Hyatt was very pleasant and his bedside manner was excellent. I always received great care at southeast. Thanks for being here.

About 12 hours ago I had a c-section to welcome my newest son to the world, and I have to give this staff some major credit. I have terrible PTSD with hospitals, doctors, and especially pregnancy and the c-section itself from past experiences at other hospitals. This has been the best hospital experience I have ever had, from my OBGYN and the assisting OBGYN who performed the surgery, the anesthesiologists who very much took care of me in making sure I was comfortable throughout, to all of the nurses. They have shown me that the experiences I've lived through during such times really could have been different. I want to thank all of you here on the Labor and Delivery floor for truly making today the happy, special and joyous day that I wish I could have had when I welcomed my other children. Granted I'm not yet discharged and for the first time in my life, I'm not in a hurry to be just so that I don't have to be in a hospital environment. You all are certainly in the right field of work and I hope you all stay in the field making memories so great for as many families as possible.--- This review was made on my 1st night Wednesday January 17th, and unfortunately the same can't be said for my 2nd night. Didn't sleep at all, nurses weren't near as friendly or helpful, in fact only my 1st nurse checked my incision and belly and my second night I was/am in a LOT of pain, I definitely have a lot to say in the survey they will send me. Honestly I'm wishing I had the same nurses as Wednesdays day and night shifts, I feel like they truly are behind my experience that first day being so great.

I attended two vaccination events hosted by Southeast Hospital and everyone I interacted with was great! Friendly, professional, and efficient. Both visits went perfectly smoothly and we were in and out quickly. Even though it was a big event we felt personally cared for and we could see that everyone was prepared and everything was well-planned. Thank you!

These professionals are absolutely amazing! Not only listened to what I had to say especially with my unique situation but helped me with pain management until I can get my Medicaid up and going. Very compassionate and understanding! I honestly couldn't take another day of the pain level I was at! RA flares are relentless and extremely painful. I would recommend this staff very highly! Thank you so much. Dr. Silver and nurses! I can't say enough about All of you!

Ms Mary from the Pulmonary dept took great care of doing my pulmonary function test. Explaining everything perfectly to me. Thank you Mary and hope all the staff learns from you and all your compassion for your patients.

I was a patient at Mercy Hospital in Cape January 2026 thru emergency room. And I want you to know they took the best care of me and I am extremely thankful that I was taken there. 5 thru floor has A + Nurses and aides! But I truly appreciate you all one shined out like a shinning star Kimora-5H heart of gold. Caring, helpful Thank you Kimora-5H for everything I will remember you always
